Biology 109L is a course on Yeast Molecular Genetics. It covers laboratory

exercises in gene mapping, genetic screens and molecular biology to investigate

the mechanisms of gene action. Students wishing to participate in this course

should already have taken both Biology 21A and Biology 21B or Biology 20A

and Biology 20B and Biology 105 (Genetics)
